A construction worker is determined to drive Bugs Bunny out of his rabbit hole to make way for a new freeway. He tries using dynamite and other explosives to blow the rabbit out, but Bugs continually outsmarts him at every turn. Each attempt backfires hilariously on the frustrated worker, while Bugs remains one step ahead, turning the demolition plans into a chaotic battle of wits between the two.
