Heaven's Lost Property (2009)

Episode Overview

Tomoki grows increasingly unsettled as Ikaros and Nymph's behavior stirs feelings he can't control. Frustrated, he retreats to a mountain Zen monastery to train. Meanwhile, Astraea, a new angeloid, descends on the monastery with orders to eliminate him, and Sugata alerts the others. Nymph and Ikaros dismiss her as an idiot and pay no mind, leaving Tomoki on his own as he struggles against his lingering earthly desires. Later, Sugata finds Astraea and learns both of the danger to Tomoki's life and new details about Synapse, the angeloids' home world.
